Every program except the Blueprint includes your core supplement kit for three months, chosen for you from creatine, omega-3s, methylated B vitamins, vitamin D with K2, magnesium, plant protein and NAD+ support where it fits.
Hormone prescriptions, and botanical alternatives for patients who prefer not to use prescription hormones, are billed separately through the clinic. Dr. King combines bioidentical hormones, botanicals, supplements and lifestyle care according to what you need and prefer.
Parasite testing can be added to any program for $995.
Follow-up visits are $250. Ongoing care after your program continues on a retainer.
