Ninety days after each Week

Every Week is followed by ninety days of care by telehealth: visits every two weeks and portal messaging in between. Winter runs through April 30, Spring through July 31, Autumn through December 17, Late autumn through February 12, 2028.

Terrain Assessments and Tapers

Terrain Assessments are booked year round, by telehealth in twelve states or in person on the Kohala Coast, and are the door to every program. A Taper can begin in any month and runs ninety days from its first visit.

No Weeks run in May, when Dr. King is away, or in the weeks around the winter holidays. Men's weeks and couples' weeks will be announced here when dates are set.

Dates are confirmed when a cohort reaches five enrolled women, which for the Winter Week is expected by December 5, 2026. If a cohort does not run, deposits are returned in full or transferred to the next cohort at the participant's choice.
